How can I check whether my reservation has been confirmed?

To check if your booking has been accepted, you can contact our hotel’s reservations department, who will validate your online booking with you.

What time are check-in and check-out at the hotel?

Check-in is from 3pm and the room must be vacated by 11am. Any check-out between 12pm and 3pm will be charged €10 per hour.

When is the reception open?

Our reception is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Does the hotel accept any means of payment?

On site, you can pay in cash, by credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) and we also accept some holiday vouchers. Any other means of payment (bank cheques, luncheon vouchers, etc.) will not be accepted at the hotel.

Can I drop off my luggage at the hotel before I check in or after I leave?

Yes, the hotel has a luggage storage service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Luggage storage is free of charge for any stay at the hotel.

Are towels provided in the rooms?

Yes, the Grand Magic Hotel provides towels for all its guests. Please note that these towels cannot be used for the swimming pool.

Does the hotel have a car park?

Yes, the Grand Magic Hotel has an outdoor pay car park with around 300 spaces. However, we offer free parking if you book your stay on our website.

Can I buy Disney Parks® tickets directly at the hotel?

Yes, you can buy your Disney Parks® tickets at the Grand Magic Hotel reception desk.
A dated ticket is now compulsory to access the parks. You can make your reservation directly online. If you have already booked an undated ticket, you must register on the online platform at: https://www.disneylandparis.com/en-gb/register-tickets/. This also applies to annual passport holders.

How do I get to the Grand Magic Hotel from the Marne-la-Vallée Chessy RER / TGV station?

You can take the free shuttle that runs every 15-20 minutes (depending on the season) between the Marne-La-Vallée Chessy RER / TGV station and the Grand Magic Hotel. This shuttle runs from 8am to around midnight (depending on the season, please check with the reception desk), every day of the year. The ride takes around 10 minutes and stops at Quai I.

I am coming by train. At which times does the free shuttle bus run to Disneyland Parks or the RER station?

The free shuttle runs from 8.00 am to around midnight (this may change depending on the season, please check with the reception desk), every day of the year. Shuttle times are subject to change depending on Disney events.

I am coming by plane. How can I get to the Grand Magic Hotel from Roissy / Charles de Gaulle airport?

The Magical Shuttle is a shuttle service between the airports and the Grand Magic Hotel. It departs from terminals 2E and 2F / Quai A only, with 6 departures a day.

Tickets cost €11 per child and €24 per adult.

How do I get to the Grand Magic Hotel from Orly airport?

From Orly Sud or Orly Ouest, you can take the Magical Shuttle. Please be advised that you will arrive at the Marne-La-Vallée Chessy RER / TGV station. You can then take the free shuttle N°HVFS at Quai Q, which will take you directly to the Grand Magic Hotel (cliquez ici pour plus de détails).

How can I get to Paris from the Grand Magic Hotel?

Starting directly from the hotel, you can catch the free shuttle to the Marne-La-Vallée Chessy RER station. From there, take the RER A to Paris. The ticket price for the RER starts at €5 per adult. This RER A will take you directly to the centre of Paris (Gare de Lyon, Grand Department Stores, Charles de Gaulle Etoile…) all the way to La Défense and more.

Can I bring my pet?

Pets are not allowed in the hotel (neither in the rooms nor in the public areas).

If I'm travelling with a child, can I request a cot?

We can provide a cot for children under the age of two. Please let us know at the time of booking or at the reception desk if you require a cot. This service is subject to availability. Children aged 2 and over will sleep in a regular bed.

Are toiletries provided in the rooms?

Yes, all our rooms and bathrooms are equipped with shower gel and shampoo.

Do all rooms have a safe?

Yes, all our rooms have a small safe where you can safely store your personal belongings.

When is the swimming pool open?

The Grand Magic Hotel indoor swimming pool is open from 8am to 10pm.

Do I need to bring my towel to the pool?

The Grand Magic Hotel can provide towels for the swimming pool.

Are lockers available to keep my belongings safe at the pool?

Yes, there are free lockers where you can safely store your belongings. They are subject to availability.

Can I enjoy the hotel swimming pool before I check in or after I check out?
You will have access to the pool on the day of your arrival and the day of your departure, regardless of your arrival or departure time.
Is the pool closed at certain times of the year?

Yes, the pool is occasionally closed for maintenance.

Are there any restaurants in the hotel?

There are both à la carte and buffet restaurants.

What are the opening hours of the different restaurants?

Breakfast is served between 7:00am and 10:30am on weekdays and between 7:00am and 11:00am on weekends.

Can you tell me more about breakfast?

When you book your room, you get a complimentary continental buffet breakfast. It includes a wide choice of scrambled eggs, cold meats, pastries, jams, fruit juices and more.

I am gluten intolerant. Does the restaurant offer food that is suitable for my specific diet?

Yes, we do provide gluten-free food. For any other specific requests concerning food intolerances, do not hesitate to ask our team.

Do I need to book a table in advance to enjoy the hotel's various restaurants?

No, the hotel does not take any reservations (except for special events, such as Christmas or the New Year, which are specified beforehand).

What languages are spoken at the reception desk?

Our staff will welcome you and advise you in French, English, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and/or German.
